How to Join a Sailor Piece Guild

From finding a guild on SailorPieceGuilds to accepting your in-game invite at Punch Island — everything you need to become a full crew member in 6 steps.

    Apply or Get Recruited

    There are two ways to join a guild on SailorPieceGuilds:

    • Browse the guild list and hit Apply on a guild that fits your level and playstyle — or
    • A Leader or Vice Leader finds you on the Recruitment Board and sends you a direct invite.

    Accept the Application or Invite

    Once a side accepts, you officially enter the guild on SailorPieceGuilds — but you still need to complete the in-game step before you're a full member.

    • If you applied → the Leader or Vice Leader reviews and accepts your application.
    • If you were invited → you accept the invite from your Dashboard.

    Leader Sends the In-Game Invite at Punch Island

    You start as a Recruit — this is intentional. Being a Recruit means you're registered on the platform but not yet confirmed in-game. The Leader or Vice Leader now goes to the Guild NPC at Punch Island in Sailor Piece and invites you by your Roblox username.

    Enter your Roblox Username — not your Display Name or Nickname. If the name is wrong the invite will not be sent.

    Accept the In-Game Guild Invite at Punch Island

    Go to Punch Island in Sailor Piece and interact with the Guild NPC to accept the pending guild invite. Once you accept in-game your membership is real and active on both the platform and in Sailor Piece.

    Confirm with the Leader

    After accepting in-game, let the Leader or Vice Leader know — DM them directly or join their Discord server. This confirms the in-game step is complete so they can promote you.

    • DM the Leader or Vice Leader in-game or via Discord, or
    • Join the guild's Discord server and post in the confirmation channel.

    Promoted from Recruit to Member

    Once confirmed, the Leader or Vice Leader upgrades your status on SailorPieceGuilds from Recruit to Member. You are now a full guild member — both on the website and in Sailor Piece.

Pro Tips — Fill Your Profile Correctly

A complete profile gets you accepted faster.

  • Set your Level accurately — Leaders filter applicants by level.
  • Enter your Bounty — it's a key requirement for most competitive guilds.
  • Add your Max DMG % — many guilds require a minimum damage output.
  • Upload a screenshot as proof — this speeds up the approval process significantly.
  • Use your exact Roblox Username — not your Display Name — so the in-game invite reaches you.
